Then click DO IT to create your PDF Shot Report.

Creating a ﬁnal ALE

If the project is being edited in Avid then providing an ALE with editing les is useful for two reasons:

1. The ALE can be imported with the editing les, allowing the editor to view all the original metadata for the shots in the Avid software.

2. The ALE shows the number of original shots meaning the editor can conrm that the correct number of editing les have been delivered

to them.

To create the nal ALE to send to the editor, follow the same steps as when creating the rst ALE, but this time it is important to set the

Timecode frame rate to be correct for the project:
